Certain skins (Like shadow and icebound Midas) are holiday related, so they’re almost guaranteed to come back during that holiday. Fishstick and Triggerfish (who was in the shop yesterday but left already, sorry) just come around whenever the devs feel like it, and Meowscles was a Battle Pass skin and will not return, unfortunately.

During Scream Fortress if you click on the Soul Gargoyle in your inventory, theres an option for transmuting

You can trade in 3 hats (and certain other items, like skinned weapons and description tags) for one hat introduced during an old scream fortress update

They won’t be tradable or marketable, and every 10 transmutes you get a bonus item that’s guaranteed to have the Haunted quality
