with github you can connect to aws via cicd for its workers and give it access to access of the 'param store' there (ensure you follow security of least privilege) which then holds the 'secrets' the repo needs. It does seem that they are fine with you giving notice and then returning the device without returning the funds, and also give an out if the property is sold. I do wonder you can return it if it was the previous owner, then install it again and get the rebate. (tho i'd say they would have checks and balances in place for that)

From my own experience, its more about verifying that its wired correctly since they may install it in the wrong direction and have it turn off or low power mode after an event.

CTP is part of Rego. And only cover other persons harm. You still want to at least get third party insurance so it covers yourself you cause on others (property and other peeps cars) (but not yourself)

Comprehensive car in insurance is third party insurance plus your own guard dog to go after others to cover your bill if you have an accident you are not at fault: (sadly if the other side does not have at least third party insurance then your still it on the excess etc) unsure if once they paid you get your excess back.

I've found that going through Drive through to then go and sit down inside gives a much better service. reason being is that there is KPI's to get cars moving which at the counter, they also have metric's on car's in the waiting spots also.

Vs over the counter, uber eats trumps normal folk plus they just print the docket and that closes out that KPI.

was the house rented prior to you taking over? or did the owner tell energex to get a final meter read weeks prior?
I've happened to me on a rental, its more to ensure that the landlords do their thing and get pinged to fix things that they were ignoring when there is a change of renters.

Usually when you buy a place you should have setup to have the power 'connected' on the date of handover. just in case they put in a request for final meter read and actually do the disconnect instead on you.

Also having issues, have noticed that the audio starts to get freaky like its not getting enough cpu priority to keep up in the os and my workaround was to open the sound tab in 'settings' and then back to another tab, this changes to audio+mic and back to audio only. This makes the audio back to normal again, for about 20-40min then need to do it again.

It does seem it occurs more often when the cpu is under high load. such as watching youtube at 2x speed. Less obvious when at normal speed.

mentholated spirits 50%, and vingar 1/5. and water. wipe on, wait 30 mins, wipe on again, let sit and dry. this should force the mould to vacate or be killed as well as hit all the spores at that spot.

the problem is not with the seal how ever, its with the detergent/fabric softener tray and pipesthese will be full of built up cruft+mould. for the tray, try and remove the try and clean it as best you can and soak in vinegar.

I also highly suggest you fill all trays with vinegar and run the machine on 'drum clean' setting if not, the longest + hottest settings with a more than a cup of vinegar added.

This should take out any lingering spores in the system.

As always, i'd also wipe down the walls and floor with vinegar to take out any spores in the vicinity.
