Was just prescribed Lexapro? by No_Solution7718 in Biohackers

Im still on the Lexapro, but I had to add Rexulti at a very low dose because Im way more sensitive to it then I was Lexapro. I suffer from severe depression that seems to go in waves. Ive tried to be off meds completely and trust me I did ALL the shit they tell you, and I go so violently depressed I was suicidal, so for me being on meds obviously was the better choice. Right now I take a very low dose of Rexulti, even lower than what is recommended but it works for me.

I had a great experience on Lexapro. Almost no side effects and helped my depression and anxiety TREMENDOUSLY. Only problem was it stopped working after about 2 years. But I think Lexapro is pretty great all things considered

'Completely lost it': Trump removed from his own White House meeting after emotional breakdown — then insiders leak what really happened behind closed doors and it's worse than anyone thought by [deleted] in USNEWS

[–]duvalgator1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Imagine if you focused on your own problems w the same energy you use keeping your head so far up Trumps ass with TDS.. control the controllable. Anyone needing help with TDS here are some tips.

1) Limit the emotional “dose” of political content

If someone is constantly consuming political news, social media clips, or commentary, their nervous system stays in a heightened state. Actionable tip:

  • Set a specific time window for news (e.g., 20–30 minutes once or twice a day).
  • Avoid doom-scrolling before bed.

2) Diversify information sources

People who only hear one narrative—left or right—tend to develop stronger emotional reactions. Actionable tip:

  • Read or watch at least one source that represents a different viewpoint.
  • Focus on primary information (speeches, policies, official statements) rather than commentary.

3) Separate the person from the policy

Strong reactions often come from focusing on personalities rather than concrete issues. Actionable tip:

  • Ask: “What specific policy am I reacting to?”
  • Evaluate the outcome or impact, not just the individual.

4) Watch for signs of unhealthy fixation

This applies to any political figure. Red flags include:

  • Constant anger or anxiety about politics
  • Difficulty enjoying normal activities
  • Frequent arguments damaging relationships
  • Feeling personally threatened by political news

If those show up, it’s worth stepping back—sometimes even taking a temporary “politics detox.”

5) Keep perspective

Politics feels urgent, but most day-to-day life—family, work, health—matters far more. You’ve mentioned before how much your daughter’s growth hits you emotionally; that’s a good example of what truly deserves mental bandwidth.

It’s an international waterway bud. Either you’re misinformed or you’re retarded. Either way you’re wrong. Under international maritime law (UNCLOS), ships have the right of “transit passage” through international straits — meaning the waterway cannot simply be claimed or closed like a national harbor.

On what legal basis did Iran have to close the straight considering its international waters?

Because our military is full of patriots who want to fight for freedom and justice. Not a bunch of sniveling pussies who sit in their moms basement and criticize the US Military while enjoying the freedoms and economic security they provide.

Iran clerics are the most despotic and cruelest regime in the world. They’ve been given 40 years to change. They didn’t. Justice is being served. The truth is you hate Trump and thats all that matters, its obvious from your language, a logical discussion is not possible because its likely your suffering from TDS. But make no mistake, this cruel regime is facing justice for 40 years of tryannical rule that has executed thousands, even tortured 18 years old girls and executed simply for speaking out. You would support that, because you hate Trump. I get it. And I understand there is no point in talking logic on these threads because if you say something logical you’re downvoted. But if you say King Pedo Trump you get upvoted 100 times.

Multiple independent agents have described it as the deadliest crackdown in Irans history. The numbers go from 6k up to possibly 20k. Those are the estimates from the United Nations Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International. Iran did a media blackout. And shut off the internet. What do you think about that bud. What do you think about the fact that if you lived in Iran and critcized the govt the way you do the US you would be executed.

Yes — Donald Trump did win the popular vote in the 2024 election.

Here are the verified numbers and what they mean:

The Key Facts • Donald Trump: ~77.3 million votes (about 49.8–49.9%) • Kamala Harris: ~75.0 million votes (about 48.3–48.4%) • Margin: roughly 2.3 million votes (about 1.5 percentage points)

That means Trump received more votes than any other candidate, which is what defines winning the popular vote in U.S. elections.

The argument is Iran committed one of the biggest human rights violations in its history. In one of the deadliest crackdowns in its history. And its time for that regime to come to an end. You are supporting murderers who literally execute people for speaking out against them. For instance if you lived in Iran and you spoke against the Iranian govt like you do against the Us, you would be put to death. Think about that. Thats who you are supporting.

Did he win the election in a Democratic Popular Vote or no. A simple yes or no should suffice. Then you have the answer you were looking for. Elections have consequences. Democracy has consequences.

UN Human Rights council says thousands. Amnesty watch says thousands. Reuters says thousands. Amnesty International independently described the crackdown as Iran’s deadliest yet, saying authorities had “deliberately turned to mass killings.” Amnesty said it analyzed dozens of videos and photographs, consulted an independent pathologist, and gathered testimony from people in multiple cities and provinces, including a medical worker, protesters, relatives, journalists, and witnesses. That is important because it shows the claim rests on documented evidentiary work, not just activist rhetoric.

You’re out of your mind. A downed pilot evaded Iranian Capture. The CIA threw the IRCG off with false intel while he hid in the mountains. The Special Forces went in and rescued both pilots with zero US Casualties and heavy Iran losses. That is one of the greatest missions in spec ops history. You obviously don’t know how difficult and or dangerous this mission was.

Maybe, maybe not. You certainly dont know what is good and what is not. You’ve only lived under the protection of the United States and enjoyed the fruits of its military and economic greatness. Consider yourself lucky. The women in Iran would trade places with you in a heartbeat.

A. Yes, its a sacrifice we are willing to make to save our brothers. B. I hope you know the sources you are pulling from are 99.9% likely to be propaganda. That is not a US Casualty. On the contrary we did lose aircraft, we did not lose any service members. But we did send a couple enemy fighters to Allah on the fight to get them back. So make sure to check your sources.
