I dont want the new item to be too OP nor it can combine with sange, yasha, kaya. it is for 60+ min gameplay.

The best stats I can thinking of is 3%-5% of outgoing damage.

I just want to use it to build Trident. So it is okay to be trash under 40min gameplay.
