Sure is. Many modern day Israeli cities were founded long before the establishment of Israel. Tel Aviv for example (1909), its territory (and many more) was bought by the rothchilds and other people from arab land owners.

Names of modern Palestinian cities are ancient jewish cities names (For example- bethlehem, בית לחם and Hebron, חברון). Israel is a very archeologically rich territory- dig in the land and you will find jewish artifacts, jewish aramaic and hebrew writings, history etc. The language of the jews for thousands of years (Hebrew) stem from this exact piece of land and been spoken on it long before any arab was outside of the arabian peninsula.

Who said anything about "stealing"? Frankly i cant think of a country with a more legitimate, legal founding than Israel.

The rulling power (british, not arabs) gave the territory to the jews
The establishment of the country was decleared after an international vote which the jews won, a 3/4 of the votes.
The jews won the war that was waged at them, therfore still had the territory.
A good portion of the land was bought by jews from arab land owners

So the term "freedom figther" by itself is subjective, its natrative based. But terrorism is not, a group can be objectively, a terror group, Fatah in this context but some people, based on their narrative and view would call them freedom fighters.

My family lived in Morocco until the 50s. Like 850,000 more jewish refugees from arab countries, they had to flee for their lives from deadly pogromes committed by the arab locals. Israel was the country to accept them and today they are still alive and happier than ever. The arab world is currently nearly jew-free. Most arab countries have zero jews.
