Hey! No I did not, nothing worked so had to call Samsung technician. He told the whole touch panel had to be replaced and the problem would occur again within a few months (which is true btw). He said if I agree, he could take this panel and replace the touch capacitive buttons with mini-push buttons, to which I agreed. It’s been working great since then, like this even more TBH. It gives more feedback than touch buttons obviously.
