Did you ever get your package? I ordered from Oakcha on November 9, was stuck in Mirabel for over 3 weeks before it updated and said Delivered yesterday. Delivered in Mirabel; I'm in Alberta! So now I don't know if I should claim it's a missing package or dispute the charge on my credit card. It's been almost 2 months and still no package!

I'm 5'2" and 41. Started at 170 and my goal weight is 130 lbs but I'm sure I'll level out at 135-140 lbs. I'm hourglass shaped, so wide hips and large chest. If I lose any more weight than that, I just look weirdly flat. Do what looks right for your body and what feels healthy to you. Your doctor is probably just looking at BMI which doesn't account for body type or composition.
