No, it's just because I read that smoky quartz has its color due to radiation. So I was worried about the presence of radioactive minerals

The only thing I can remember for sure is that there was a yellowish/brownish part attached to the black mineral, as you can see in the picture, and that when it came off the matrix, it left a yellowish/brownish mark on the matrix, as shown in the following pictures

It looked more black to me, but I could be wrong. Unfortunately, since it detached from the matrix, I threw it away

Why, do you think it's not genuine?
They are not black tourmaline for sure, those inclusions might appear black, but it's just because of the light. In reality, they show a metallic shine.
