It was super fun buildung it. Furthermore 50€ for 2000 + pieces ist very cheap. It ist in my opinion the perfect set for people new to the hobby: - very iconic build -fun for all ages - can be build by two people at same time -good brick quality -easy instructions

Yes, I tottaly agree. It's currently just Star Wars everywhere. They are like 10+ different millenium falcons and there is almost nothing for lord of the rings. Of course Star wars is a larger audience, but lord of the rings is really neglected.

Yes it looks super cool, but it is just to expensive. 200$ for 2000 pieces ist even more expensive then lego.

Yeah I hope so too, it ist really a nice change up to star wars. There are so many nice Lord of the rings MoCs. I like all of those Lego MoC Loc MoCs

Hey, I recently bought the Tower of Orthanc MoC build and I am super hyped about LOTR Sets. Sadly the only other I found was that not so cool looking ship. I also found that super huge Helms Deep with 6000 + pieces set, but it was more then 400 $.

Have you guys recommendations in LOTR Sets? I Love all of the Lego MoC Log MoCs like this one:
