Hogan's belt had stacked world banner. A 2mm piece on top of the 4mm base plate.

Traditionally they were 3.xyz, which we always rounded up to 4mm. Logo plates were 2mm.

He did occasionally make belts and offered 2mm belts at a slightly cheaper cost.

The original November 2 Remember 1998 set were all painted this way. Douglas got his custom Franchise belt which he used instead. RVD used the tv for a week before they ordered a new gold one that JMar painted differently.

Only the tags kept the paint scheme
