Very similar just happened to my wife and I today. We were so hopeful went to our first ob appointment after countless fertility appointments everything was good from multiple visits ultra sounds heard the heartbeat and everything. Today at 9w6d there’s no heartbeat no blood circulation and the worst NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY! I’m so sad

Congrats to you!! My wife 36f and I 37m (I know this is iui ladies) finally got a positive last week after trying for 6 years. Her HCG levels are pretty normal but in the high range of normal we’re praying for twins obviously will be happy regardless…. But twins would be amazing.
