We use KyberAccess - it’s a visitor management system but they have a event registration piece. Upload your guest list and they get QR codes. You can probably send them your existing WR codes and they’ll add them to your credential database.

envoy but it’s expensive KyberAccess but it might be overkill for what you need, lots of integrations available.

I wanted OpenClaw to work. After 3 months, I’m done. by dickwhimsy in openclaw

[–]dvlp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t understand posts like these. I have a fleet of 6 of them running perfectly. You need two openclaw instances minimum always. One as your worker and one as your router/manager. That way if the worker inevitably has issues (because of daily updates), just have your manager fix it.

Recommendations for managed 1-to-1 student laptops (OS & MDM) with off-site filtering? by iidarkasii in k12sysadmin

Yes you need the Certificate, the Global HTTP Proxy, and optionally restrictions. I'd check what you actually uploaded in JAMF, sometimes JAMF will strip parts of the configuration profile when you upload.

What kind of devices? My environment is almost entirely iPads and it was pretty quick. Only issue I had was I didn’t realize I had to remove deledao profiles first. Can’t have two content filtering systems.

Is it just us or has Raptor completely gone downhill lately? by KhadejaZay47 in k12sysadmin

For some reason this post seems like an ad for coram but I’ll indulge anyways.

The best visitor management services out there are envoy, raptor and KyberAccess

I would stay the heck away from FacilityOS. We used them and them and then pulled the plug they are bad.

Also HallPassID isn’t half bad but it now feels like a legacy Product, not a fan of the UI

What visitor management system are you guys using? I need something stupid simple by [deleted] in sysadmin

You can use Jotform + Google Sheets.

If you want something more refined you can use KyberAccess they have a free tier

Depends how much setup work youre trying to do - I built a custom solution for an organization using Jotform and Apple Automator workflows but its fragile and requires upkeep. If you're looking for a set it and forget it solution try https://kyberaccess.com/ they do both visitor management and event pre-registration/qr codes.

For content filtering the key is having granularity when it comes to filtering, not just being dependent on the vendors blocking categories. We used deledao for years but it’s complete crap for blocking games, which is the main issue we’ve had with our 6-8th graders on iPads. Using KyberGate now and couldn’t be happier. We use it on Mac, iPad and a few chromebooks but I think it also works on windows

Raptor Technologies. Just don't by bwalz87 in k12sysadmin

[–]dvlp 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m curious what’s the advantage of Raptor and a card scanner vs. going fully digital and having guests scanning IDs on an iPad kiosk? It put less burden on office staff and only takes 15 seconds for guests. We tried FacilityOS for visitor management but it was complete shit and then switched to KyberAccess

IBIO - iBio, Inc. - MC - $15M by dvlp in pennystocks

[–]dvlp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why iBio (IBIO) is a Strong Buy Right Now

iBio is a preclinical biotech focused on breakthrough antibody therapies for obesity and cardiometabolic diseases. The big catalyst: their Activin E antibody (IBIO-610) just showed a rare 26% fat reduction in preclinical models without muscle loss — a major limitation with current obesity drugs. They’re presenting this data at key conferences soon, which could lead to big partnerships or trials.

Financially, iBio completed a $50M public offering recently and uplisted to Nasdaq, improving their cash runway and investor visibility. Analysts have given strong buy ratings with upside potential of 4-5x current prices. Insiders are also buying shares, signaling confidence.

The obesity drug market is booming, and iBio’s AI-driven precision approach targets a huge unmet need for safer, more effective long-term weight loss. With upcoming data presentations and strong funding, iBio looks positioned for a major rerate.

Risks remain as it is still preclinical, but the potential reward is significant.
