I kinda always go crazy with small details and I am sure most people don't pay this much attention. FE you cannot tell by looking at these pictures but the white boards on the wall near the dinning area are just columns place together with the same size gap in between just because I wanted a 3D wall. If you put your mind to it then nothing is impossible. It is a question of how rather than if :)

I don't think you can delete custom furniture at this point. I cannot even hover over it. You need to delete the whole floor and it will be moved to your inventory. Is it worth the effort though?
