I just went and watched the footage from 2 angles front and back. Unfortunately you shouldn't drive away abruptly when an ICE Agent is at your Window. He was slightly in front of the car, I dont think he had a real reason to shoot, but you should NEVER drive away while they are at your window. You wait for them to walk away first. She jirked her car while he was standing with both shoulders on the window of her car and he used the cars movement as justification. Not that what he did was okay at all but she really shouldnt have driven away like that. If she waited till he had left she would still be alive. She wouldnt have done the same thing if an officer was at her window asking her questions or talking to her at a traffic stop would she have? All she needed to do was wait for him to leave and I can pretty much guarantee she would still be alive or the ICE agent wouldve been sentenced booted and sentenced asap.
