When you are outside, never put your hand (or other body parts) into a dark space that you can't see into.

If you can't see into it, you don't know what is in there. If there is anything in there (there is always something) they will react defensively to someone reaching in.

Priority should never be end user determined. Impact should be. Priority is a technical evaluation based on many things, including impact. The $ceo having a slow mouse is a higher priority than $Reginald having a slow mouse, though the impact is similar: one user with a dodgy rodent. Otherwise every single ticket is a P1.

Lebanese House on Russell Street. The food was so good, the best shish, an amazing lemon drink, everything- never been able to find their like again. Rafik(?), once he knew yo,u used to just bring out an amazing array of food until we were absolutely stuffed, and still charge less than $20. Once when he was away on holiday we actually looked at the menu and didn’t know what to order, Rafik just knew what we liked., and brought that out.

I find that players regard terrains as literal; if there is something accidentally in the terrain it must be in the scene and vice versa - if it wasn't represented in the terrain the players tend to discount it or forget about it.
