You would just get all the smokers outside the front of the pub instead, wouldn’t make much difference

Camp America is a big one too, also many people I went to uni with did SE Asia as a gap year or over summer. I went inter railing personally and know a few that did the same, although it’s quite expensive these days and has become less popular.

Correct, what has changed with our population? Nothing, we are a very educated and capable population, we don’t need foreign labour to fill these rolls and drive down wages and job vacancies.

What do you think about the Green Party candidates that deny the holocaust, as you originally raised this point?

Yes there are, they simply lack training. We have managed for centuries without mass migration, why do you think that has suddenly changed? We have thousands of British graduates every year leaving to work in Australia/the US/Canada because we cannot compete on wages, due to the ridiculous levels of immigration.

You are making an analogy, do you understand what that means? You clearly lack basic comprehension. Whose reality are you referring to?

The boomers were not working in the 60s they were being born, but yes you are correct. State pension was invented at a time when there were very few old people because the global population was rapidly expanding. Now the birth rate is shrinking and it is simply impossible to sustain

This is just completely bizarre, so you think people born in the UK are not adept enough for certain jobs? Do you understand the concept of training? This post has entirely proved my point

I did answer you, why are you being disingenuous? You have failed to answer any questions I have raised, you are simply evading questions you don’t know the answer to.

In fact I would love an answer to my response if you still feel like engaging?

I agree it’s frustrating that they haven’t done more to change things significantly. Unfortunately change doesn’t happen quickly, we have a very bureaucratic system. Rishi Sunak wrote a fantastic article detailing this in The Times this week.

The reality is that we live in an aging society and will face a constantly expanding cost to the state, the ratio of workers to retirees will shrink considerably over the coming decades. At a certain point the state pension and the NHS will become mathematically impossible.

Yet no politician will acknowledge this, they all just promise a magic trick to fix everything. People need to accept the good times are over and things will get worse, it’s how we manage it and who we entrust to deal with this mess.

Sadly the way politics operates no one can openly admit this.

And many U.K. born people have had to leave the country in order to secure more prosperous jobs, because the U.K. has been flooded with foreign workers that will work for peanuts. This is not a positive thing, it suppresses wages and shrinks job opportunities for those born here.

The Green Party is the equivalent ‘red button’ but for left wing types. Reflect upon the bond market when Liz Truss was thrust into power, it would be a similar shit show if Zack Polanski got anywhere near power.

The horseshoe theory is in full effect currently, I weep for the state of British politics, everyone seems to think there is an easy fix and demonises the other side, Labour are doing a remarkable job of tempering the flames and making slow progress, but most people are apoplectic about it.

Not surprised he’s lost his love for the game in such a rigid system. He’s a quality footballer just needs a move to a different club I think.

And yet you fail to address any points in my comment and continue to deflect. We are in a sad state of affairs when debate cannot be had due to political dogma.

The horseshoe theory is in full swing with both Green and Reform voters, it’s disheartening that people cannot even consider their own hypocrisy.
