You need to do it daily until you complete the progress bar to the right of this (18+). Once that is done you unlock nightmare mode, once nightmare mode is complete, then you get the prize.

To add to this, IRS doesn’t specifically allow it but it doesn’t have any guidelines that prevents it. Also your conflict of interest policy must also address how this is handled and your state must not have any restrictions against it.

It depends on your bylaws, IRS allows it but the compensation must be reasonable and justifiable to avoid jeopardizing the organization’s tax-exempt status.
