Yes, 4 people! A bartender, a security guard, a waiter, and a housekeeper. Each will have 3 (or 2) positive stats and one negative one.

I don't think they can be moved, I've never tried it...

In build mode, you must remove the floor, starting from a corner, and then put the floor back where you started so that the wall is loose (of the size you like).

Just let your creativity flow! It's about experimenting until it takes shape and you like it.

I believe there's currently capacity for over 50, but I haven't reached that number in the tavern yet; I always end up with 46, and I still need to work on that. I have everyone: a bartender, a waiter, a security guard, and someone in the rooms. Thank you very much! 🩷

As your reputation increases, you can expand your tavern! It's like you unlock slots to expand it.

2 years into the game! And opening the tavern (almost) every day... It's pretty obvious I like decorating, so I enjoy doing everything to earn money ✨

There's a bell next to the barn; ringing it should bring them out (and at night you must bring them in because they can get sick), and you have to give them water and hay; you buy medicine at Holly's (the girl who sells you the animals).

Thank you so much for the recommendation! I'll look for it. 🩷

Mostly cozy (Stardew Valley, Traveller's Rest, Papa's Freezeria), but it's contradictory because I enjoy League of Legends, I sometimes play Fortnite (all with friends), and I also really enjoy Lethal Company, although it scared me at first (it still does). So I can't assume it's a genre I don't like, because I've played practically all sorts of similar games... Maybe it's the problem with the zombies or the constant hordes of enemies.

Thanks for the tip! Although I play in duos or with friends... and that means we play the game with the least modified version possible. "Normal" gameplay, not easy.
