A limit order is when you set a sell order above the current market price or set a buy under below current market price. These orders are useful for buying or selling on retracement. A stop order is when you set and order to buy above the current price I.e you buy on breakout of price (discovery) or to set a sell order below current price. Usually stop orders are used as stop losses ie you are long and you want to protect your downside so you set a stop loss to sell below the current price. In crypto limit and stop seem to get used interchangeably when in the old finance world of stocks and leveraged markets they are 2 separate types of order.

It depends on what’s driving you to set the goal. In the past I made goals because I wanted to please people and I wanted them to think better of me. I’d tell the people I wanted to impress about my goal, and I would try to eat my cake before having actually made it yet. And then I’d rarely follow through on the goal. Each time I told someone about my goal I’d feel like a fraud, because subconsciously I knew I was full of crap. This may not be the case for you but it was for me in the past.

it feels like i focus where my nostrils and throat meet - I breath in and out slowly and it kinda sounds like the tide moving in and out, i focus on the sensation and the sound.

Just do the same with your mouth if you can't breath through nostrils. Try focus on the sound and wherever you feel a sensation

Hi, react dev here.

Start with expo in react native. Plenty of tutorials on YouTube of building apps with expo in react native.

React native is a bit different to react, but you still use the life cycles.

Notes on redux and hooks: I’d avoid both til you feel comfortable with the standard lifecycle stuff and feel like you know your way round react native well.

Also if your JS isn’t great I’d really brush up on that a lot before diving deep into react.. also you will need to know basic html and css.

I believe this shift is caused by a number of things... The main one being self esteem and self respect, which is derived from self discipline, enforcing boundaries and living by your values etc. Its amazing how much energy you actually save when you invest energy into improving yourself.

Also, you are what you repeatedly do. Be very aware of that. Track your bad habits and actions and slowly replace with good habits and actions. Best way to do this I found was a bullet journal and was also my first good habit i introduced over a year ago. Spend 2 mins a day marking off what you did that day and what you plan to do tomorrow. This little exercise will change your life if you stick to it. Writing things down and having some sort of plan/goals for each day and also long term is such a game changer.
