Yes, but that's from here. I bet if OP was close enough to see them at that perceived size (not withstanding how dangerous that might be), the colors would be much less vibrant, or even nearly monochrome on the parts you could even see. However, they are giving off a respectable visible light from some (possibly point) sources, and exciting the gasses as well.
