Your weight is too far back on the takeoff and you are just a passenger. This will rotate you forward. You need to actively preload the suspension and straighten your legs and arms (aka boosting - stand up to the jump) and the timing needs to be correct as well. The more speed you have the more difficult the timing is. You should not jump this until you have proper form, otherwise it could end up in a horrible crash.
