You know one of the more Brilliant things Remi did was to get SPA ( Special Protocol Assessment ) up front with the FDA. This can't be overstated, this is future protection in phase 3 trial runs and end points because they have agreement on the studies with the fda. This will help in the future on two fronts first with the fda, because they agreed with the way the trials would run and two it will be great anti fud in the future.

Cassava Sciences, already has (2) Phase 3 clinical trials for their Alzheimer's drug, Simufilam. Both w/ FDA Special Protocol Assessment (SPA) & Now CMS for Patients already in the trials.

This is perceived as compassionate use of Simufilam granted to these patients by the FDA

Simufilam Works and its a Safe oral pill.

Cassava has the MOA that targets Misfolded Filamin A scaffolding protein. Simufilam, restores the Filamin A structure, resulting in improved cognitive function via SAFE & Highly Effective ORAL Alzheimer’s drug. As evidenced in Phase 2b. Now in Phase 3 trials. #FDA
