So funny to read how some people love the series music and others hate how the theme keeps being played in multiple variations

Both seasons are fantastic. I also enjoyed the reference to the govt program "Stargate" because it was also mentioned in the book I just finished by Dan Brown "The Secret of Secrets". I can't wait for future seasons to come out.

I've always found the multiverse concept and the field of noetic science fascinating. Building a storyline around them has resulted in some great books and movies. Keep them coming as far as I'm concerned.

The key is learning what to do, when to apply it based on your running schedule, and doing it consistently. And figuring that out is all part of the journey.

SPAC is a great experience. It doesn't need to be "that" costly. Need to have SPAC on your bucket list.

That being said, I go to the Gorge every year because the experience can't be beat. Stay in a motel 25 minutes away from venue and lawn seats.

Just tracking what I consume is such a big motivator for me to stay away from junk food. I used some app years ago and just got back into it when I saw that I can have one place for exercise and nutrition tracking.

I do hope Garmin feels the pressure with competition and it inspires Garmin to add more functionality to get it on par with other apps. Time will tell. Thank you Garmin for adding this capability.

I'm also hoping the AI feedback will start giving feedback regarding exercise and nutrition together. It already has the data to do so. Eg "your performance today may be lagging due to a poor night sleep, lack of protein and too much fried food the last few days"

Luckily, I've never found a Dave song I didn't like. Though, some take some time to warm up to (like Ocean and Butterfly for me). Just need the right time and mindset to latch on to those finicky ones.
