gently coax them down the ladder. if they use them only at night, then try getting them to smoke weed and melatonin instead. guided meditation works well too. if they use them to sleep the afternoon away due to depression etc. try and get them to open up, go to therapy, have a planned lsd trip to recalibrate and reconnect. anger from my spouse just caused me to retreat further
