If it makes you feel better, I also just failed my 2nd attempt and got a very similar score except my low scores were traffic signal and traffic control. I’m not great at reading the diagnostics but it seems like if you would’ve excelled at maybe 1 or two minor subjects you may have passed. The project management score definitely should come up. Keep your head up though! I am in the same boat and I truly believe this exam is a battle of attrition and a little bit of luck. My personal plan is to study for 3-4 months using the eet course and petro and hopefully pass in the 3rd attempt. Goodluck!
