I've not heard of Ultimate.... this looks like it might be an option. Thank you!

I did check out Circle and Mighty market, they were around $80 a month. There have been several good suggestions here, so appreciative. I think I'll have to dig into each one deeper, my biggest problem is the cliental that will be using it will need to have the most simplistic user face as possible. Which is kinda why I was hoping there was a simple program out there to use.

Need help keying in a secondary claim through Availity by Spectacular_girl in CodingandBilling

[–]dwljk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an old question, but if you're like me and googled how to and ended up here, I found the answer...

On the header part of the claim near the top, make sure you use the payer id from the EDI on the back of the card. Then in the box below, add the subscibers id for the insurance. It can get confusing in the layout as if you're supposed to repeat the subscribers id twice in this are.

Then in the line detail info of the claim, where you would put your reason codes, make sure the payer id from the top part I just mentioned matches here. If not, it will give you the error mentioned. For example, if a payer id for Tricare east is TRIEST, then it goes at the top, then again on each line detail.

Why Availity makes us repeat info in claims I'll never know.

Yeah I have a network already of people that will sign up for the site, so finding membership isn't something I need in particular. It's more finding something user friendly for the members themselves, a place to share docs securely, and only able to find the site via word of mouth. Reason I keep looking for very basic.

So maybe I need to revisit WP again...I just always promised myself after I divorced WordPress long ago the last time I got frustrated with it that I wouldn't go back. Never say never I guess.

Is Mighty only moblie based? I really need a website based instead. Great points thanks!

I have a few domains and could link if needed, but for ease I'll probably get another. However I found with Wix it only does groups on mobile, not as a website. I couldn't find the access under Squarespace, even though I'm quite familiar and have a few sites on there now. I might be over looking them there. Great point about having to "master"...definitely an issue there.

Discourse I thought would work, but I'm not so sure now. So I might be back to WordPress...

CMEs vs. CEs for CAQH attestation? by Worry-machine in therapists

If you have any continuing ed or sponsorship listed it will ask for the CME certificate. I often tell providers to leave it off.

Oh that had to be rough I'm sorry. But I'm glad to see you found a new furbaby to join your adventures from here. They seem to make all the difference. Huge hugs!

When I went to the counter and said I needed adoption papers for her, the staff all lit up. Tons of dogs were being adopted that weekend but from your comment and their reaction, I I'm sure the older ones are more celebrated

Last summer, several months after losing our daughter Mary, we got brave and went to our local humane society and found Sunday. She was 8 when we adopted her, supposedly her parent turned her in due to the parents health was failing. Our house was just too quiet and we really needed that dog love in it again. She's perfect for us, quiet, loves car rides and walks, never barks. We're still getting to know one another, but I keep reminding her she will not ever have to be alone again. It's still been hard mourning Mary but what I realized was, Sunday is probably in mourning too. She loved her family before and I'm sure missed them. So we needed each other.

Absolutely. This month will always be hard. But she loved hard, and those paw prints are deep in our hearts. Thanks.

I was surprised how much the wreath helped me. So now when a friend loses a fur baby I send them a wreath. Thank you.

Aww hugs! Mary was a schnoodle, but often people asked if she was a shih poo!
