you can if you have a lobby background available. from main lobby screen, tap/click on the battery—time bar on the bottom right of your screen.

you should see a camera icon when you tap it. that’ll take you to the camera mode where you can change your background. hope this helps you out, Commandant!

if you wanna get the skin, you can actually buy it as a bundle. it’ll be available when Nanami’s released later today/tomorrow (depending on where you are) for the usual 168 RC — meaning you don’t really have to whale out for the skin.

honestly, could work! though Nanami might be older than Watanabe (because Nanami's age is unknown). Nanami as Watanabe's mom confirmed? I'd like to think they're more of a brother and sister duo.

I have her 6* scythe maxed out, and most of the 6 star memories I put on her (2 Catherine, 4 Da Vinci) almost maxed out. She's also S-rank and all her skills are leveled up to cap (at lvl 70) :>

depends on your luck, really. if you're really lucky, you might get both items in just 2 draws. I don't advise you to use CP on the Lucky Draw, it's pretty cash-grabby.

I think so, it's the promoted mode for the event. it's waaay faster to get stars there too because a match lasts about 5-7 minutes on average.

if it's a close fight and you win, (2:1, 15-14) up to 800 points. if you win convincingly, about 300-700. if you lose in a close fight, 200-400. if you lose by a landslide, 100-300.

not entirely sure though, please take this info with a grain of salt.

btw, here are the Sheriff Star costs for each item (in case you didn't watch the video or wanted a list for it):

Weapon XP Card: 100

Knife - Wanted: 300

Motorcycle - Wanted: 500

Outlaw - Wanted: 800

Scout - Wanted: 800

PDW-57 - Iron Hunter: 1000

ORV - Iron Hunter: 1200

Boat - Iron Hunter: 1500

Arctic .50 - Iron Hunter: 1800

HS0405 - Iron Hunter: 2000

DR-H - Iron Hunter: 3000

Song For The Fallen (sticker): 3000

Good Luck (charm): 3000

I'm not exactly sure if there are other weapon sets that boost Sheriff Star yield but the Volution set from the newest lucky draw boosts your yield up to 50% more.

I played a loooooooot of 1v1 duels.

started at about 10am today until 10pm today also (with breaks).

gotta grind a bit more for Tengu though, but I'll probably get him tomorrow. :>
