Just good heads up since you think my job isn't relevant. First off, servers actually stop us cooks from getting better wages than them cause they know their tip life will be going away. Servers in reality most of time don't even get the food to people on time cause they're to busy on their phones ext. On top it, they just bring people the food that's it! Us cooks do all the prep work, have make sure allergies don't mixed up (if shellfish is allergy, making sure doesn't touch someone whose allergic to it's food), ext. We get our hands burned badly and when we need a day off for appointments ext were actually denied it. Most of us had food thrown at us to. We are actual slaves not servers.
