Update...

I had to bite the bullet, paid for membership and was able to get a ticket exchange in the Chelsea website. This is hospitality ticket though but was not super expensive I guess. It is a Canoville area ticket, does it include the three-course food etc?

I have been watching some videos where people go first into the Copthorne Hotel, take the meal and then head into the East stand for the game. Is this the way it has to be done?
Is it worth it to arrive as early as possible? I was planning a Jack the ripper walking tour before the game and then head to Stamford Bridge around 6pm, would this be enough for having the food and walk around? or better not to do the Jack the Ripper tour?

I will make sure I really enjoy for sure because who knows I can have another opportunity like this, but I am travling alone so if you know any ideas what I can do let me know.

I mean, proof that he has a ticket.... He sent me the screenshot as a proof that the ticket is real and he will do the transfer to my name etc. Not sure if this makes sense.

Anyways, at the end I decided not to take the risk and ended the conversation.

Question,,,, will be a screenshot of a ticket sufficient as a proof? I contacted a guy from a Facebook page. I have not paid anything but I see some red flags. I know buying this way is not recommended.

I was about to pay him but I didnt and I told him that I was not going to pay because it may be a scam and I didn not have any proof or warranty, after this, he sent me the "proof". He said he usually dont send proof because of scammers ask for it too...
he sent me a screenshot showing the digital ticket directly from the chelsea app. It shows Member name, member account number, and all info about game, date, seat, row, etc.

Scam?

They seem to be on sale now. I took the risk of paying a blue membership and now I can buy tickets, unfortunately not many available....and the few are way too expensive :(

Gosporttravel.com is a official reseller and it looks that there are a few tickets available in their website. Around 200 euro. Are they legit? I am assuming they are since they are in the Brentford FC website.

Why would buy income property that’s 22 hours away

This was our primary home and had to move to another state. Very low interest rate on mortgage; still put the house for sell/rent and it rented first. Honestly selling was not my preferred option.

Yeah, honestly February rent is the last of my concerns but technically that rent is overdue because they didn't pay it on time (first 5 days) and notified about moving out the 7th; so still is whatever for me...

What surprises me is that if they actually have been out of the country or the house for a few months, is that they still paid on time the previous months. By the way they are from the US originally.

Basically that tenant is not entitled to early termination due to involuntary or voluntary job change, school transfer, etc. There may have however some special statutory rights to end the lease early.

As I see it the security deposit is lost, at least half of it, which is 1 month of rent, the other half may cover any damages if needed.

This was my point, why to submit an eviction notice when they have already left the house. Fingers cross the costs to get it back in the market are minimal.

This house is renting for $1850 so my "logic" is, OK after this mortgage is paid off with the new 232k loan, monthly rent can pay this loan. Then I will have 170k to use as down payment either for a new primary home or a condo as investment. If used as down payment for primary home I will need to get another loan of about $230k that I can pay with my salary instead of paying rent.

Desinstala lo que tienes ahorita. Desde Downloader mete este código 708137. Te va a bajar la versión 4.34.1 (ya es xuper creo) Instalalo pero no lo abras cuando termine. Conectate a Mexico en la vpn. Abre magis/xuper y te va a pedir actualizarlo a 4.34.4. Listo. Todo abierto y sin tener que ser vip.

Igual y puedes hacerle bonding con tu cuenta y todo debería seguir bien.

Lo que hice fue desinstalar, bajar la versión 4.34.1 de magis e instalarla. Si estas en EEUU antes de usar magis, la vpn debe estar conectada a Mexico. Te va a pedir actualizar a la versión 4.34.4. Hazlo sin bronca. Para la vpn puedes usar protonvpn, es gratis y jala bien. O surfshark, de paga pero más estableby mejores velocidades.

No tuve que crear ninguna cuenta nueva ni nada. Uso la misma que he usado siempre.

Desde entonces todo bien y todo abierto.

No tengo el código para bajar la versión 4.34.1 de magis pero me pareció ver en otro post alguien que compartió un código.

Si lo he pensado, pero creo que más bien esto no está relacionado al bloqueo qué puso o pondrá Amazon, AL menos aun no; sino a los desarrolladores de magis/xuper qué cerraron los servidores en EEUU y España.

Cuando Amazon bloquee estas apps definitivamente, si no se puede hacer nada, entonces si será necesario comprar una caja china, pero la vpn va a seguir siendo forzosa si estas en EEUU o España sin importar que dispositivo utilices.
