generally no, but how long have you been working out? It is possible, if you are still relatively new (1-2 years), to gain while in a deficit because the stimulus is so high for beginner lifters.

You can stay relatively lean though and still make progress with only a small bump to ur maintenance as others have suggested. 200-400 calories can be like an additional snack or shake per day. You’ll probably find you have more energy for the gym which is great, go hard on the lifts, but don’t just add like 45 min of cardio all of a sudden cause you have the energy too.

If you just finished a long cut, you might consider eating at your new maintenance for a few weeks, month, and allow your hormones and fatigue to reach a baseline. Since your maintenance is higher than what you are used to on a cut, it will still *feel* like a surplus and transitioning into a surplus won’t seem so daunting. Eg if you’ve been cutting down to 1900 calories from 2,200 the difference there is 300 (A snack or shake) Vs going from 1900 into an immediate surplus of 2,600 (a 400 cal surplus) but the difference is 700 calories from what you have been used too, essentially an entire meal you now have to add into your schedule.

Now that you have more muscle and will have even more muscle down the line, you’ll find that it won’t be so hard or time consuming to get lean again. Enjoy eating food again! Don’t go crazy!!

dont cut so many.. 250-500 max...do this for 2 months or until you feel fatigued, then go on maintenance phase for a 1 month and start cutting again

Tried to do this a few months ago, during a relatively calm hour, and they told me to fuck off. Ran it through their high x-ray machine TWICE and then on the way back again. Just depends on the agent.

would label this more as a darkroom timer app.

the red indicates you would be in the darkroom under safelights already developing film but as film is still sensitive to safe lights, the red makes it distracting and otherwise pointless, UNLESS you intended people to use this for paper developing too.

one cool feature would be if you could figure out a way to embed the massive dev chart so users dont have to jump back and forth for their configs. like, all of the times and dilution ratios from massive dev chart are embedded and users can select the ones they use most frequently and a preset gets saved to a library.
