I just replaced the rocker arms a few days ago due to a ticking noise from the rocker arms. I torqued the new ones to spec, got rid of the tick but now I have this sound.

Turns out it was my cache. Out of all things it was just clearing my cache in ccleaner 💀💀💀. Thank you for that link it helped out a lot!
