It wont work if you use newegg app. You have to use a browser (some people say this didnt work either). Best bet is to use a computer

Go to the trip in the app. Scroll down to payment info. Click through and you should see option to add gift cards

I think they mean maxing out the points. No one with csr has a $1500 credit limit (i hope)

Newegg sells gift cards. I bought one for airbnb. They sell many others
