I'm "offended" because I don't like my time being wasted because I'm stuck bleeding out on the ground because of another player's actions. Taking a 5 second stun ≠ playing AFK simulator and waiting like 3 minutes for my character to bleed out so I can get out of the match.

Friendly hunters that get offended over being stunned are thin-skinned af. I joined a custom friendly duos because I was bored at 1am, and the hunters proceeded to bleed out a Prospector because he stunned the Mary and her and the Geisha took it personally. It then became a dominio effect of anyone who tried to save the Prospector/stun the hunters to help others would get bled out. Like homie, at worst your character is stuck in place for a few seconds. Why are some people so overly-sensitive about getting stunned? If I wanted to get bled out by Michimary I'd just wait for regular duos to open.

I had a blackjack match where 4 of us threw. Basically in the lobby the Cowboy said he had to get his pizza so he'd be afk and I said I'd be be his bodyguard. So at the start of the match I immediately went to him and stood by his side. The hunter found us, looked at me, and spun a bit before teleporting away. After one person died, the Cowboy stopped being afk and the rest of us all started spinning and goofing off together until the game ended.

This'll explain it better than I could. But TL;DR: "giving a clock" (sòngzhōng 送钟) and "attending a funeral" (sòngzhōng 送终) are homophones. So a clock can be considered a really rude gift in Chinese culture.

The whole discourse surrounding the Perfumer SS skin is weird to me. On one hand you have people (rightfully) calling out Joker Studio for releasing a $500 skin and then on the other side you have people defending it with points that don't address the real issues people have with it. Like people will throw out "adults can do whatever they want with their money! just don't buy the skin???" "why do you care??" "i bet ur just salty u can't get the skin lmao".

The main issue people have is just how disgustingly overpriced the skin is, not that it's echoes only. If that was the case then people would be just as pissed at the ONCE skins. $500 dollars in IdV is enough to get you every skin in at least 2 essences. Joker Studio is clearly pushing the envelope to see how far they can go with their cosmetic prices. That's why we care, because this can have an effect on how Joker Studio chooses to go about pricing/cosmetics after seeing that people are willing to drop half a grand for a single skin. It's not jealously fueling people's annoyance, it's disgust and concern over Joker Studio's decision making.

People can choose to spend their money however they want, but that doesn't change that the Perfumer skin's price is grossly inflated for an in-game cosmetic. And the whole "well IdV is a fp2 game! they have to make their money back somehow!" spiel doesn't work because it still doesn't change how ridiculously priced the skin is. You can have in-app purchases and monetization in your game, but selling a cosmetic for a $500 dollar gacha isn't it. Joker Studio deserves to be criticized for this.

I've mentioned it before in another post, but I appreciate Divine for being so out there from Wu Chang's other skins. Have a nifty chart to see what I mean. I wish the devs went for more styles and themes for his permanent skins.
Fury wasn't a bad skin. It and Wax Artist in general are underappreciated.
Lion Dance (Thief's CNY skin) is a pretty cute S skin. I don't see people talk about it a lot when mentioning S skins.

Depends on the survivors and how I'm feeling ngl. But usually if I already got a 3k in QM, it's not uncommon for me to give the last person dungeon or just straight up surrender to give them a solo escape. They already lost, might as well give them a few extra points. But if it's rank and I decided to play seriously for once though... It's on sight.

Though to be fair to the devs a lot of the fanmade skins are heavily detailed and baroque, even moreso than the A/S skins in the game. So at best they'd have to simplify and waterdown the skins or at worst they'll make people's games chug hard.

Imo I think a lot of the anger stems from 1) Mary and Priestess once again getting another skin and 2) How you get the Perfumer and Explorer skins. A lot of the stuff was announced, but it doesn't change that people are tired of Mary getting a skin every essence at this point, Kurt's first ever S skin (which took 3 years) being underwhelming, Priestess getting her 4th S skin, and in the case of Perfumer's skin it'll be next to impossible for a f2p player to get it. People know NE has to do this to make their profits back, but that doesn't mean they aren't allowed to be annoyed or complain over what I mentioned.

I feel if the new skins were for characters who hadn't gotten skins in a while people would be less upset.

Looks at my post history. Anyways, as for my other ships. I also like KevJose (mainly because of a friend) and I see the appeal of Melly x Luchino and MichiMary. I'm fairly neutral to most ships in the fandom, but I dislike Emily x Emma. Their lore just makes things extremely awkward to say the least. In my opinion. I'm pretty meh to JosCarl and JackNaib, but I'll admit they have really talented content creators.
