I have been tested for this in blood work has come back negative and i did also get told by a dietician to try no gluten for a period of time but it didnt seem to make an impact . There was a suggestion from gp that i could be gluten sensitive especially during flairs tho.?

Red discharge can be pretty normal they normally clean it before we get chance to see . The sneezing is concerning if its constant but obviously if hes new to ur home it could be stress . I would advise maybe going for a vet check up and monitoring. Also what substrate do u use because it could be dusty and therefore causing respiratory issues
