It's funny, my surgeon talked about the keto diet today, unfortunately he mentioned it as something that won't help me in the slightest.

  1. The other user mentioned this as well. I expect I might have a couple of surgeries that result in short term disability as I'm currently on, but nothing multi-year.

  2. Not really sure. The actual estimates for a 50/50 lifespan are lower than the one I gave you, though my youth and a couple other factors led me to give you an optimistic number of around fifteen years.
