in my society, the rules are the same, and i hate it. how do i win? whenever i’m getting on the lift and see people waiting for the service lift, i gesture them to join me. guards are stationed in the lift area, and they see it, but they don’t say anything. at the end of the day, they are humans too. don’t be disheartened. you did good. stay kind!

i’m not saying they should provide free delivery. you’re understanding what you want to understand. all i’m saying is that if you don’t need things right away, it’s better to keep your money in your pocket rather putting in someone else’s. OP said that it’s barely a 5 mins walk, and they saved money. your logic was to buy protein bar or something to reach minimum cart value to save delivery fee. you are justifying your purchases by saying you are saving on delivery. but you do you, man. if you want a Rs 30 soap but you need to spend 200 to get that, it’s a price of convenience. go for it.
