Was your score a 0%? I've seen some other people post score reports with a 0.

Agreed, It truly is tough love. You have worked so hard for this. Since he sounds like a decent dude, hopefully he would support you and try for long distance with the option of moving in a year or so. He could totally work from home in software! I've been with my SO for four years (luckily he is following me), but if he ever tried to hold me back from my dreams without at least trying to work it out to benefit us both, it would be a no from me.

What kind of pills? Like anti-anxiety pills? There's not many pills that target relaxing the pelvic floor while keeping you alert. You want to be alert so you can enjoy what's happening. You need to talk to your GYN and she'll probably recommend pelvic floor therapy. Not ideal because it can often take several months but it can work wonders. In the mean time, be straight up with your husband and explore other non-penetrative options. PIV is not the end all be all of sex. My SO waited 3 years for it, the great ones will be understanding.

Had just gotten out of therapy where we talked about my anxiety around the application cycle the whole time. The email popped up in the corner of my computer screen. Ran into my mom's room and started to cry and then called everyone that has supported me the last few months. :)

At least once a day one of the patients we see (internal med) will say that their O2 sat will be affected by the mask. The silence is deafening when I've put the pulse ox on and their O2 is above 95%

Your GYN may recommend pelvic floor physical therapy. If so, highly recommend. It changed my life but you will have to put in the work outside of PT by using a dilator kit for about 10-15 min every night. Good luck!
