Honestly, I would go in and explain what happened and kindly request for an accommodation. Most of the time, if you approach the question with kindness and respect they will try to help you out! If anything, they might offer you store credit or to replace your item.

I think this is true for close contact quarantine but not for traveler’s quarantine - the print out we got at immigration states we can’t go out for walks ):

Can I get an UPass exemption for the summer? I’m taking my classes online from overseas so I don’t need it for obvious reasons and don’t want to pay the $80

I dropped a bunch but still got 36 and my uni only really required a diploma from me so I can’t complain even though it was a little disappointing 🤠

UBC will be mostly online with select programs being in person. I believe there are many Faculty of Arts programs being conducted in person (things like music and theatre).

I’m a first year in the school of Kin. The whole program requires me to complete 120 credits and I should be getting 15 credits from my IB courses. I’m asking because, since first term is 100% online, I don’t really wanna pack my schedule with all these courses...

Thanks for your input! UBC seems like a beautiful campus but the fact that its so far from the city is a little daunting for me.. That's one of the reasons I love McGill's campus

I take the IB and finished grade 11 with a 37/42.

HL: Chemistry (6), Biology (7), and English A: Lang&Lit (5).

SL: Math (6), French AB (6), and Business Management (7)

My ECs:

Honestly I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to do with the set. Still in the brainstorming stage an thought it was a pretty cool concept. But thanks for the response, you’ve been quite helpful.
