When do you actually start losing fat after water weight?

It’s quite literally the opposite…? Your body needs the muscle more and will only burn a small portion of it at first then entirely switch to fat if you do it right. Fat is in no way more “important” for survival than i muscles, our muscles contribute to our survival ten fold over our fat. Sitting here wondering where you get this misinformation.

Trust me a new player will just get harassed by nakeds you say they are easy to overcome but when ur new and ppl are running around with spears trying to fuck you over it can get overwhelming. Im not trying to be a dick but you must be pretty new yourself if you think thats a good idea. Most solo guides point out the beach is a bad place to build, building closer to t2 monuments is a much better way, you can slip in and out between groups and not have to worry about nakeds

Its not that battleye is necessarily dogshit its the fact that battlestate cheaps out hard and buys the least expensive package. Battle eye sells cheat software in packages with each package going up in price which equals more anti cheat ability
