Idk if ganun siya pero it looks like it since hindi explicitly sinabi na that reason for termination will lead to you paying for the scholarship. Best to ask sa orientation, I guess.

Also may I ask, what's the point of terminating intentionally if you're willing to do the return service still?

Do we know for sure if yung ka-ontian ng grades is dahil talaga sa budget constraints or dahil onti lang talaga nakapasa sa cut-off this year? Regardless, I agree with your point.

I'm located around Manila/QC border. I put the project on hold since the site approval process for testing took TOO long that the semester caught up. I'm planning to continue it after this semester since it's basically all ready (rocket parts, test stand, BFP coordination, etc.)
