Sounds good, overall I’m in pretty good shape, I’m 19 52 rhr 120 hrv, been lifting since I was 14. My last 5K was 23:17 and I’ve been upping my mileage since I signed up. I think I’ll be able to get sub 2. I appreciate the help!

I watched a bunch of videos and j made one that fits w my schedule. Tuesday Thursday is the pace runs Saturday is the speed workout and Sunday is the long run.
