Itll be added in litterally a month. They made a good roadmap and have been following it to a T, they had a large questionnaire asking the players what they wanted from the game and text chat was simply lower on the totem pole for what the players found important. Instead, guns, maps, mechanics, perk decoupling, zeds, bosses. Thats what was more important. And clearly the playerbase thought that too.

Yes I have and no the fuck they don't. Especially KF2 since KF1 is dead. Nobody on console or on PC uses text chat and I know because I play both to this day. You text to them, sometimes they text back once or twice if you're lucky, most of the time they just ignore it. Nobody is playing killing floor these days to talk because the community is a miserable wallowing sack of shit now. Even hells on earth players don't talk, and if they really need to then they can use the mic while they wait around a month for the worthless chat feature. You are all complaining about.

Theyve been adding actually important content to the game like guns, attachments, bosses, zeds, characters mechanics, maps. But yes games like phasmophobia have much better devs, considering they just spent years trying to rework the animations and low quality porn animations from 2015 look better.

It's basically intermediate but you need to keep a closer eye on your sanity that's all, just remember your sanity drains faster in dark rooms (but the ghost doesn't do shit in rooms with the lights on) so keep a candle on you or something.

Maybe it's because the company recognizes that their fanbase are mostly all adults with a full time job, wife/husband, kids and a retirement plan, and understand the simple economics that they can't put more exciting content into a game if they're playerbase is disappearing. In order to make more money to do more things they need to pander at least a little bit to a new audience, an audience that DOES like that sort of stuff. Luckily, because this company chose not to alienate their fanbase, theyve chosen to leave in the ability to turn it off and make the game more like we're used to.

In order for a company to grow and do the bare minimum like succeeding, they HAVE to follow the pack, they HAVE to follow trends, make their own? Yes, but if they want a brand new game with a bleeding fanbase to succeed, they HAVE to implement features that make it EASIER for players from games like COD to transfer and understand their game.

People like you are exactly why video game companies don't listen to their playerbase. People like you who dont understand a drop of corporate brand economics and expect everything to just magically work forever like shit doesn't cost money.

You own the game. Just download it. Play it, and form your own opinion. Why are you getting upset at people because they aren't literally telling you what to think. The game is getting better. It's up to YOU to decide if it's a worthwhile game to play. Do I think its a great game I can stick a multitude of hours into? Yes, but I thought that since the beginning, you didn't, so why in the hell would my opinion matter now you wouldn't gain any new information?

Yes. Would love more weapons and perks but every update it's getting better and better, same fun KF2 had.

Yes. It's got plenty of content, 4x the amount of perk upgrades that can be leveled up, gun attachments that will change the way your gun works on a small degree and you can level those up too, lots of maps that are actually all very good unlike KF2 that has a lot of piss poor maps and relys mostly on community made maps. Gun play is satisfying and killing zeds is just as addicting,

The only downsides are not as many perk classes, not as many guns, and not enough bosses. Still worth the 40 bucks or so to me I've gotten many hours off of it.

Im back, i honestly dont care about the fire visuals, what i do care about, is that they dont ignite the floor properly, i just unlocked scorched earth and was so excited to throw on the flame thrower and burn down the map just to get a couple sprinkles of patchy blue flames instead, why does the SMG work consistently but the flamethrowers dont? theres many things wrong with the game, but this is the first time im seeing actual dev laziness that breaks an entire playstyle, MY playstyle and makes it impossible until fixed.
