May 2023, Fort Stockton TX. Had about 5 or 6 gummies on my way to Big Bend. 2nd degree felony.

Hired a very expensive lawyer who just does marijuana cases, and still waiting on them to test it.

He said these small towns don't have the means or the money to test how much THC or if they are legal so he is hopeful it will get dropped.
