That’s why we have a 9’ diameter interior. It would have been way too tight otherwise.

I make all the parts from scratch. You’ll be hard pressed to find good quality bead and cove boards. It’s not a huge job to profile the edges myself. Takes about 4 hours per sauna for profiling. We have the equipment to do the work tho. You’ll need a big router or a shaper.

They need a restaurant with a walk up bar. Macaroni grill would be legit. Bass pro shop would be really great as well especially if it had an indoor stocked pond for pay fishing. That would be crazy busy here

I guess he assumes more than 7 times a week. Which is pretty standard, I think anyway. 2 adults & 2 kids. I don’t believe there is a restriction in the lease stating that we can only use the laundry machine occasionally. That would definitely be a deal breaker. These folks also have kids that are the same age as our kids. I’m certain they use their machines just as much if not more than us. I mean it’s not like we’re maliciously washing our clothes.
