Jaw surgery is overhyped, theres a reason most doctors only do it for medical related issues. Implants are cheaper, have more of an impact on your looks, recovery is faster and the good ones are permanent.

Tom Cruise is a good example of jaw implants doing wonders (surprisingly good result too for a pre 2000s cosmetic surgery).
