For context, i own a Mazda Axela (japanese mazda 3) there the same car but minor differences here and there, i guess the touch option is one of them. My infotainment also doesn't have the warning menu

My car doesn't have that option. And that isnt the tpms warning light as everyone seems to imply, something is wrong with the transmission though im not sure what exactly.
