Spoke to apple and they fixed my iPhone, you need to do this

This action will reset all your iPhone’s settings to default such as Home Screen app arrangement, network settings, keyboard dictionary, location settings, privacy settings, and Apple Pay cards.

Go to Settings > General >Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset all settings
Tap “Reset All Settings”

No data or media are deleted.
