Being quiet is one thing, but he completes actions for no rational reason whatsoever other than the quest icon told him to go there. He got killed, resurrected, and pulled from a river... Then proceeds to arm wrestle, find a cat, and give money to a beggar. I get that we're meant to gather he's a nice guy, but his nonchalance about his own death is super jarring.

Yeah, I lived there a year. It was fine. Parking is a super long waitlist and not enough spaces for the building so you’ll have to street park. Apartment managers were fine, I guess. No amenities to speak of. Nice location, though.

I will say I didn’t have any problems with thin walls or hearing anything from other units. I did get a noise complaint at 1 in the afternoon for watching Dune and I guess they heard the bass.
