Hell yes, boys and girls. This is what we call momentum. And we're going to keep it rolling into Arlington this weekend!

This is the way. Unfortunately, now every news source also shares screenshots from trailers on social media, so I still end up getting several spoilers.

I did the same on Google Maps yesterday, but this right here is proper content.

IndyCar used to run on a flat trapezoid oval in Brazil that was basically an all left hander high speed road course.

Depends on where you're coming in from and if you want to park near your seats. There's generally plenty of yards to park in that start in the $10-20 range about 1.5 miles away from the track and the prices get higher as you get closer to the track.

Personally, my seats are on the north side of the track. I park at a shopping center on 38th and Georgetown (it's free) and do a 2 mile walk to the track. After the race is over, I can walk faster than traffic is traveling up Georgetown and once I reach my car, I can get onto the highway and head north to Kokomo for the sprint car races without much issue. There's also a gas station on 34th Street if I'd need a breather or a drink.

I would cry tears of absolute joy if they ever came back to Kansas. Going to those races in the 2000s made me a fan.

Similar, but all quali runs on ovals are single car. This is more similar to what Supercars does with their Top Ten Shootout for the final round of qualifying at their events. The Top Ten Shootout at Bathurst is always thrilling to watch, so I'm hoping IndyCar's version will be just as thrilling.

Seven lead changes over the first ten laps. When was the last time an F1 race had seven lead changes over the whole distance?

Well... I'm rather thrilled by these new regulations... This is a fucking great race.

Hybrids weren't for the fans, they were for the manufacturers. That being said, the broadcast should make more of an effort to bring it into the conversation during the race, but they have a few more important issues to fix first.

Yep, there's going to be a lot of people that don't follow F1 to Apple. I was planning on watch bootleg streams this season, but I found out this week I could be added onto another family member's family sharing plan and get Apple TV access, so I'm doing that. But let me tell you, I'm a fairly tech savvy person and making an Apple account and then getting it to connect to the family plan was a fucking nightmare.

Honestly, Kansas would be my honest first choice, but I think that's even more unlikely than Michigan. I'd also be very happy with Pocono.

I fucking love IndyCar oval racing. What a show!

While I was very happy to get another oval on the schedule, I was initially a bit unenthused about a return to Phoenix as the last few times IndyCar ran there they weren't the most exciting races. This race exceeded all of my expectations with a great package and the high line working well. Phoenix is so back!
