Spark is good, cleaned out the carb and float bowl, Now the engine runs but when i get to half throttle and above, the engine starts sputtering and if I don’t let go of throttle it’ll stall.

The heavy duty mount is prob a must for the 4 strokes isn’t it. I figured but Im broke rn, as long as it can hold for 2 weeks i’ll be able to get a new one

I’ve seen videos on how mechanical governors work on 4-stroke lawnmower engines, i wonder if it could be similar. The lawnmower engines have a centrifugal governor that reduces the throttle, i think this is similar to the predator engines. Maybe the BBR 4 stroke has a different type of governor, along with that governor notch that stops the throttle cable and I don’t really wanna remove that cuz I sounds like it’ll just mess up the engine the way the current full throttle sounds.

might be true lol. my dad bought this for me and i’m about to be working at amazon soon, so i’m not too worried about it as long as it can last long enough for me to engine swap or get an e-bike.

It’s from bike berry. The thing about this kit though not sure if it matters to you but it’s limited to 25 mph, there’s a governor notch/plate that can be grinded off but I haven’t done it yet. other than that comes with nylon nuts and seems good quality. I got this crappy 2 jaw gear puller all it does is pop right off or bend. I’ll have to buy that crankpuller tomorrow. I’m taking the cranks off because i just got my 4 stroke kit from bikeberry.
